Expérience exceptionnelle ! Une fois de plus, nous avons passé un séjour mémorable. De la réservation jusqu’au départ, tout le personnel a été aux petits soins : accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner et room service délicieux avec un service irréprochable, voiturier efficace et très sympathique, moments au spa superbes, housekeeping impeccable… Les adultes comme les enfants ont été enchantés. Ce n’était pas notre première visite, et nous reviendrons assurément l’année prochaine. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette qualité constante. Au plaisir !

Erstklassiger service durch ein ganz junges, sehr gut ausgebildetes Team. Die meisten sprechen 3-5 Sprachen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und äusserst schnell. Der Valet Service von Bruno oder die Omelette von Paul stechen noch heraus. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine Kombination von Altholz mit modernem Design. Der versenkbare Fernseher ist top. Sehr grosszügig ausgestattet der Fitnessraum mit zahlreichen Laufbänder und Geräten. Romantischer, gut ausgeleuchtet der Swimmingpool und sehr grosser Whirlpool. Das Morgen essen wird serviert, die Karte ist ausgezeichnet. Dinner können wir nicht bewerten. Es hat keine Gäste im Restaurant am Abend

Notre séjour au sein de l’Ultima Gstaad a été magique !! Un immense merci aux équipes! Le room service et le petit déjeuner sont fabuleux les chambres , la réception, la conciergerie sont de très haut niveau. Sans oublier le spa… Rien n’est laissé au hasard chez Utima. Nous aimerions avoir la chance d’y retourner Je recommande à 3000% !!!
